Was hard work getting served at the bar, but good fun night out. 80s and 90s hits. Busy. Good atmosphere

The lady we met Jennifer is her name was amazing. All the staff arè but Jennifer's knowledge was fantastic. She helped us out with what drinks to order and went out of her way. She even came over to say hello. I want to say thank you for everything you did. I would recommend this place to anyone especially with Jennifer there and the great staff too

The atmosphere is nice and lively. I went a few times. But the woman with glasses at the bar does not like her job and is constantly rude. Likewise, the girl working in cloaks is rude. In general, it's a nice environment, except these people.

Went to this place on my birthday night. Heard alot about it, so was very eager to try. Extremely disappointed. Service was appalling, ordered drinks, waited and hour to have our drinks served, chased numerous times to be told that our drinks was given to someone else as there was a mix up in the bar. We politely asked for another round or a refund, to which we was completely dissmesed, asked to speak to manager who blatantly told us to get out. We had to have a 30 minute conversation to get our £50 back refund, which we still haven't received a month later. To be accused of trying to get drinks for free, we are all in our 30s working professionals, it was certainly not our intent. Left us feeling so disappointed that we ended up leaving the place and going home early. Lovely birthday night out. Other than that looked nice inside. There is plenty of other places to visit in Birmingham so I will avoid in the future.

Came here for a few drinks and the reception was warm so was the music. Most of the revellers seem to be college students. Overall, I enjoyed myself. Oh! I must say they also have a photo booth which after you take you enter your mobile number and it would instantly send you a link to your pictures. All free of charge. I found it very cool. There was also a photographer going around. The design which mimic nature is also eye-catching

Went to Heidi for the first time although it is just outside of my property. It was half price beer on a Friday, it made me felt like I have gone back to my uni days' beer prices. The staff was very friendly, well done team! However, the atmosphere was on a loud side. If you're here for catching up with friends or having a chat, you would struggle to hear each other. Not tried the food, but not sure if it would be easy to eat with the loud music distractions. Very busy though, so try booking a table if you really want to try this place out.

Can't ever come here without getting us a cocktail tower our friends are always in shock 😅🤩 The layout of the venue is great so many rooms upstairs & downstairs so plenty of space and love the venue decor the toilets are great plenty of toilets and each toilet has its own animal art my favourites are the cows ... picture's Below haha The music isn't really my cup of tea on a night out but you can't please everyone as everyone has different music taste either way the classics like cha cha slide etc always come on and still always get you dancing and singing along even if you don't want too haha Overall its a must visit if you haven't been yet 😊
